When credits come back automatically, when a pack can be refunded, and how to ask: failed renders cost nothing, unused packs within 7 days.

Every video on Dime Dime Baby AI Video Generator is rendered on a paid AI model. You never pay for a video you did not get, and a video that does not look like the person in your photo is refunded.

The short version

A render that fails on our side costs nothing: its credits go back to your balance automatically, no request needed.
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, in full.
A finished video that does not look like the person in your photo is refunded: write to us within 7 days.
Other finished videos are not refundable, because the render has been paid for.

Failed renders

If the video model returns an error, times out, or the render never finishes, the run is marked failed and its credits are returned automatically. You can see this in My videos.

Write to support@dimedimebaby.app within 7 days of buying with the email on your account. If none of the pack's credits were used, we refund the whole payment to the original card. If some were used, we refund the unused share.

A video that does not look like you

AI results vary. If a finished video does not look like the person in the photo, or the picture came out broken, write to support@dimedimebaby.app within 7 days with the video. We refund that video to your card, or return the credits if you would rather try again with a clearer photo. Results that are fine but not to your taste are not covered.

How long a refund takes

We answer within two working days. Card refunds usually reach your statement in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are paused until it is resolved.
